Outpatient Evaluation at the Cancer Clinic (Oncology Clinic)
Each patient is seen at the outpatient clinic for the initial evaluation and for regular follow-up evaulations.
If you are coming for the initial evaluation, it is very important to bring all documentation you have on your cancer, such as the type of cancer, the treatments you have received, all surgery and lab results, and CAT scan reports.
