Cancer Clinical Trials
at Brooklyn's SUNY Downstate MB-CCOP

We are funded by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) to bring state-the-art clinical trials in cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment to the diverse community of Brooklyn. These trials are performed in collaboration with many major cancer research centers across the nation.

At SUNY Downstate MB-CCOP, these cancer clinical trials are conducted at the University Hospital of Brooklyn and Kings County Hospital Center, which are 2 of the primary teaching hospitals of SUNY Downstate Medical Center, conveniently located in the heart of Brooklyn.

This website contains general information about what cancer clinical trials are and what people can expect if they take part in a trial. It also contains specific information on clinical trials that are currently available.
